Application A is a hybrid application. The part of the site which lies to the east of Ship Lane is designed to a detailed level whilst the element of the Application A site which lies to the west of Ship Lane is designed only to an outline level.
Application B is for a new secondary school, public park, and sports facilities for use by the school and residents. (Could add information about the type of application)
