10.01.17 | Happy New Year!

The Stag Brewery Consultation Team would like to wish you a Happy New Year.

Following initial consultation during Summer and Autumn 2016, we stated in October that a common theme to emerge during the early consultation was concern over traffic congestion and parking. The project team are still working hard on this issue.

In October it was determined that further consultation events should be postponed until more information and clarity could be provided. This work is nearing completion and we hope to confirm the next stage of consultation in Spring 2017.

As soon as we can, further details will be posted on the website when confirmed.

In the meantime, please contact me directly if you have any questions.

11.10.16 | An update from the project team

Dear neighbour,

We have been pleased to meet with a number of local residents and community groups over the past months. The consultation is still at an early stage and in the coming months we will be meeting with many more of our neighbours and be consulting more widely in the community.

A common theme to emerge during the early consultation to date is concern over traffic congestion and parking. The Developers have taken this on board and are looking at a variety of ideas to deal with the issues of private and public transport and car parking provision. These are complex issues and alternatives need to be modelled and verified, all of which takes time.

The public exhibition will take place when this work is complete and sustainable options can be presented to support a scheme volume which is entirely practical.

We are keen to continue meeting with local community groups, residents associations and other stakeholders. If you would like to arrange a meeting, please contact me.

Please bear with us and keep checking the website for further updates, or join our mailing list by emailing info@stag-brewery.co.uk to receive invitations to events directly.

In the meantime, please contact me directly if you have any questions.
