29.06.17 | Stag Brewery Public Exhibition 13 – 15 July 2017

We are pleased to invite the Mortlake local community to the second public-drop in exhibition on the redevelopment of the Stag Brewery.

The exhibition will be held on the dates and times listed below and all sessions will be held at the Stag Brewery Sports Club, Lower Richmond Road, SW14 7ET.

· Thursday 13 July – 4pm to 8pm
· Friday 14 July – 12pm to 6pm
· Saturday 15 July – 10am to 4pm

We encourage you to share this invitation on to any organisation or individual who would be interested in the evolving masterplan.

There will be opportunities for you to talk to the project team and provide your feedback and comments on the latest revision of the proposals. The exhibition boards will also be made available on our website shortly after the start of the exhibition, along with an online feedback form.

15.06.17 | Community Liaison Group Presentations 3

The third CLG meeting between key local stakeholders and the project team was held last week. Transport, traffic and environmental impact were the focus of the presentations by transport consultants Peter Brett Associates LLP (PBA), and environmental consultants, Waterman Group.

14.06.17 | Removal of old equipment from the Stag Brewery

The owners of the Stag Brewery site are currently removing old brewing equipment from the Stag Brewery. Some of this equipment is substantial in size and you may notice vehicles and equipment on the site to support the removal of items.

This work will take place during normal working hours (7am-7pm, which are the same working hours as when the brewery was in operation) and the whole program will last 12 months, although it is hoped work will be complete by the end of the year.

The second CLG meeting between key local stakeholders and the project team was held last week. Height, scale and public realm provided the focus of the presentations by architects, Squire and Partners, and landscape architects, Gillespies.

02.05.17 | Community Liaison Group Presentation

Following the public exhibition held during March 2017, the project team has moved onto the more detailed aspects of designing the masterplan.

To ensure continued public engagement at this stage a Community Liaison Group (CLG) has been formed and will meet regularly with the project team and developer over the next few weeks.

This group is comprised of representatives from local community groups, residents groups, businesses, and parent groups; and will discuss the masterplan evolution at depth.

10.01.17 | Happy New Year!

The Stag Brewery Consultation Team would like to wish you a Happy New Year.

Following initial consultation during Summer and Autumn 2016, we stated in October that a common theme to emerge during the early consultation was concern over traffic congestion and parking. The project team are still working hard on this issue.

In October it was determined that further consultation events should be postponed until more information and clarity could be provided. This work is nearing completion and we hope to confirm the next stage of consultation in Spring 2017.

As soon as we can, further details will be posted on the website when confirmed.
